Built upon trade, Saol’s culture has developed around this very mentality. Gambling brings hope to anyone hoping to jump-start their career or reach their dreams. Almost anything can be achieved for the right price. What might be the most amazing part of this bustling town is the lack of authoritative figure. Everyone provides counsel over trades, and unspoken rules dictate what is and isn’t allowed in town. A lack of structure provides more opportunities to benefit and be burned by the system. Above all other rules, weapons are not allowed in the trading district. A specific arms district was created to handle such affairs and has been maintained for as far as anyone can remember.
