Description

In an attempt to bring more people to stay at Modara, Tipper gave the idea of incorporating great hospitality in the village. By providing their exotic dishes with the outside world and valuable resources and landscapes, the village could maintain a larger population while increasing trade. This shift in culture to welcome outsiders created a much lighter atmosphere that most people presently know the village to be.

At present day, Tipper is the last surviving member of The Founders generation. Her leadership (although never official) has undoubtedly shaped the future of Modara. As Tipper starts looking towards the end of her life, she hopes to build a future where the atrocities of the past could never be repeated, or worse, outmatched by something even worse.

One of the oldest residents of , Tipper is the woman known for her wealth of knowledge making her a valued person of the village. Many of the decision for Modara's future are seldom passed without her input. While Tipper has no desire to be on Modara's main council, she does have a drive to inspire what she sees as the future of Modara.

Despite the unpopular opinion, Tipper does endorse strengthening ties with and forgiving the past atrocities received by the first Thymosians. During the early days of Modara after barely surviving a genocide by the hands of Thymos, much hate was bred for their neighbor. It took years for the population of Modara to bounce back. Due to the low number of able individuals, Modarans were under extreme pressure to rebuild culture and prepare for any more Thymosian invasions. Tipper was born at the start of this stressful era and would eventually be part of a generation known as The Founders.
